Added for reference, I doubt it will improve on my previous submission. Its based on Guitars's 4.2.2 solution with a tiling pattern that reduces the number of beacons required by 4000. But unfortunately although I dont think there are more transport lines, they are active more of the time so the overall transport line time is greater.
